CSA members get first access to harvested products before general public availability. Shares are distributed through three methods: farm pickup outside Georgetown, designated pickup locations in Lexington, Georgetown, Versailles, Frankfort, Louisville, Newport, or Cincinnati, or home delivery for an additional fee.

Managed by siblings John Bell and Ann Bell Stone (the sixth generation), with seventh-generation family farmers being brought up on the property. John oversees vegetable and pork production plus manages the Wagyu-Angus cattle herd. Ann and husband Mac Stone manage the CSA program, marketing, and poultry and sheep operations.

The family's farming legacy traces back to Cecil D. and Clara Bell at Bel-Clair Farm near Lemons Mill in Scott County during the 1930s-1940s, when farms supported dairy cows, chickens, crops, and livestock worked by horses, mules, and eventually tractors.
