This is an NRA High Power rifle match sanctioned by the CMP—competitive rifle shooting at distance with real scoring and rankings. If you're past the basics and want to test your accuracy and consistency against other shooters, this is where you do it.
Fire from standing, sitting, and prone positions at 200, 300, and 600 yards. The match includes slow fire, timed fire, and rapid fire stages. You're competing for score, which means clean sight picture and trigger control matter.
