Incorporated in 1929, Scituate Rod & Gun Club has been anchoring the shooting sports tradition on Massachusetts' South Shore for nearly a century. It's a family-oriented operation focused on sportsmanship, conservation, and community engagement.

- •Monthly Firearms Safety Course: Massachusetts-approved certification
The club sponsors seasonal events—turkey shoots in fall, kids fishing derby in May, and lucky target skeet competitions. Hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country trails connect the club grounds through town conservation land.
Prospective members are voted in at monthly business meetings (first Monday, 8 PM).
