Full description and what to expect
Boy Scouts Troop 111 runs a firearms instruction program at Linden Sportsmen Club where scouts work toward shooting sports merit badges under BSA-certified adult supervision. This is structured rank advancement training, not casual plinking.
Scouts learn rifle, shotgun, or pistol fundamentals depending on their rank and badge requirements. Safety is woven through every session—instructors enforce proper range discipline and handling from the start. If you've got a scout in the troop, this is how they get certified in marksmanship and earn their qualification.
