Park County Rod & Gun Club was formed in the first half of the 1900s as a sporting organization for men, women, and children, and is run entirely by volunteers. The club organizes its programs by committee, covering muzzleloading, silhouette, and black powder shooting, trap, archery, .22 rifle and rimfire, high power rifle, and pistol.
The club schedules events for the year at its November meeting, including trap shoots, black powder shoots, a public sight-in day, fun shoots, and hunter safety training. Guests may attend these club-sponsored events; general range use is reserved for members. Club meetings are held the fourth Monday of each month at the clubhouse.
