Full description and what we offer
Mike Slack spent more than 15 years researching and developing suppressor technology before launching Stealth Project in 2017. As an avid hunter and sport shooter with an engineering background, Slack's mission was clear: re-engineer sound suppression to solve the problems that plague traditional baffle designs.
The result is a patented canted helical design that works completely differently from the 100-year-old baffle systems still used by most competitors.
No Baffle Strikes. Ever.
Traditional suppressors have multiple baffle chambers where rounds can strike the internal baffles—a catastrophic failure. Stealth Project's baffle-less design eliminates this risk entirely. Instead of baffles, they use a single continuous attenuation chamber with a helical core.
Accelerated Gas Technology™
Gases are accelerated toward the front of the suppressor, which means: - Cleaner operation (especially on auto-loading and SBR firearms) - Easier maintenance - Better performance with rapid fire
Minimal Point-of-Impact Shift
Shooters switching from suppressed to unsuppressed (or vice versa) experience minimal POI change—critical for hunting and precision applications.
Superior Heat Management
The helical design provides 30-50% more surface area than traditional suppressors per volume. This results in: - Fastest heat dissipation rates in the industry - Ability to run more rounds downrange faster - Even heat distribution with no "hot spots"
Flash Elimination
The combustive ambient air is retained in the attenuation chamber and not allowed to escape before combustion, resulting in near 100% first-round flash elimination.
| Series | Material | Weight | Best For | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bolt | Aluminum helical | Ultra-lightweight | Hunting, precision shooting | $399.99–$699.99 |
| Fusion | Steel core + titanium tube | Lightweight | General use, SBRs | $649.99–$799.99 |
| Maverick | Titanium helical | Premium | High-round-count shooting | $1,299.99–$1,399.99 |
All three accommodate .22, .556, .308, and larger calibers with optional caliber inserts ($24.99).
RECON QD suppressors perform best with Stealth Project muzzle devices but are compatible with other attachment options.
Stealth Project ships to your local FFL of choice. You handle the ATF paperwork, pick up once approved.
1. Choose your suppressor — Match caliber to your rifle using their caliber compatibility chart 2. Complete ATF paperwork — Stealth Project assists with Form 4 submission 3. ATF approval & pickup — Collect at your local FFL dealer after approval
"I went to my dealer's range and compared several suppressors. I used a Stealth Fusion .30 cal, Dead Air Sandman-S 30 cal, an OSS, Sig HLX and a Surefire Mini. Overwhelmingly, the Stealth has NO competition in recoil reduction. On the noise level, against the ones we tried, Stealth was either the best, or couldn't determine. So I say the best!" — Doug
