Billet Precision Rifles (BPR) launched in 2021 as a specialized offshoot of Mize Machine, a contract machining operation that's been running since 2001. The company was founded by a team of experienced machinists who saw an opportunity to focus specifically on the firearms and precision rifle market.

BPR specializes in CNC machining across multiple material types and production scales:

Mize Machine (established 2001) operates as the parent company and continues its general contract machining business. BPR's creation allowed that operation to specialize exclusively in firearms precision manufacturing while Mize handles other industrial machining contracts.
