Energetic Armament uses heat-treated 17-4 PH stainless steel (H900 condition) and aerospace-grade alloys. All cores and adapters are US-origin, DFAR certified (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation). Materials are welded and laser-processed, then black nitride finished or optional Cerakote.
