JP Enterprises manufactures complete rifles, upper and lower receivers, barrels, bolt carriers, trigger components, handguards, and accessories. Nearly three decades of production has made them a go-to source for precision rifles used by law enforcement departments across the country and competition shooters worldwide.
The core of JP's lineup is the LRP-07™ Series—their flagship long-range platform built around an integral handguard nut design that adds material where standard AR platforms are weak at the barrel mount. The system stabilizes the barrel/receiver joint and includes extra material at the front pivot pin.
Available in two upper receiver configurations:
Both use JP's proprietary Thermo-Fit™ installation—an internally undersized nut that creates what they call an "unshakeable fusion" between barrel and receiver. Compatible with any MK III handguard configuration.

JP combines quality standards with volume pricing for departments. All rifles feature the same fire control, operating systems, and barrels as custom builds, assembled by JP technicians.
Each model incorporates targeted refinement based on applied law enforcement feedback, prioritizing risk mitigation and reducing liability from accidental discharge or failures.
Both include full-length 12:00 rail for night/thermal vision, VMOS™ (Variable Mass Operating System) for suppressed use, and Magpul GEN3 PRS/MIAD stocks for duty readiness.
Factory Technician Certification Course: For departments making multiple-rifle purchases, JP offers free multi-day training at their Minnesota facility (agencies cover travel/expenses). Course covers maintenance, diagnostics, and build techniques to keep rifles at peak performance.
JP builds AR pistols with the same quality standards as their rifles. Available in .223, .300 AAC Blackout, and 9mm with Phase 5 Buffer Tube instead of buttstock.
