Kilnier Armory designs and manufactures the Contessa UTM (Ultra Tactical Mount), a purpose-built scope mount system for modern rifle platforms. After years in the precision optics space, Contessa introduced this tactical line to meet the demands of shooters running AR platforms and similar rifle systems.
The mount uses patented attachment system with steel inserts—not plastic, not partial contact. This design guarantees repeatability and solidity without compromise. The base tapers down to minimize slide real estate while maintaining a 38mm height, allowing you to mount optics with front elements up to 56mm even on rifles with monolithic uppers.
Rings are machined from solid aluminum and feature a "zero-tightening" design that simplifies optic installation—no fiddling with tension and retightening.
