Full description and what we offer

Lux Tactical isn't another faceless optics importer. The company was founded by Sean, a former M1A1 Tank Crewman who spent three years on the Marine Corps Shooting Team and holds seven marksmanship military occupational specialties, and Scott, a mechanical and electrical engineer who competed in highpower rifle competitions at Camp Perry. They started Lux Tactical specifically to solve a problem: the market was flooded with either cheap garbage or overpriced gear. There's rarely a middle ground.

"A Business of the Shooters, by the Shooters, for the Shooters." — Lux Tactical

They're based in Indiana and donate a portion of profits to veterans, hunters, and shooting sports organizations.

The flagship open reflex sight designed for fast target acquisition. Here's what makes it different:

  • One-piece 7075-T6 aluminum construction — handles 12 gauge 00 buckshot recoil without flinching
  • Large window — 0.94" × 0.67" (24mm × 17mm), among the largest on RMSc footprint
  • Multiple reticle options — 2 MOA dot + 42 MOA circle, 42 MOA circle only, or 2 MOA dot only
  • Smart brightness — 10 daylight settings + 2 optimized for night vision with motion-activated illumination
  • 30,000-hour battery life on setting 3 with CR1632
  • Waterproof and dustproof to IP7X standards
  • Parallax-free, unlimited eye relief

Lux Tactical's differentiator isn't flashy marketing—it's credibility. The founders understand shooting sports because they compete and serve in them. They're not just manufacturing optics; they're solving problems they encounter themselves. The company deliberately focuses on bridging the gap between entry-level and ultra-premium pricing, which is why their products appeal to competitive shooters, hunters, and tactical professionals who've spent enough time and money on gear to know what works.
