Vector Optics started with a single mission: China will have its own scope brand. Since 2007, they've built that brand into a global optics manufacturer with distribution across more than 100 sales points worldwide. Their focus stays laser-locked on one thing: precision optics that work.
Vector Optics manufactures across multiple product categories:
Three distinct tiers serve different budgets and use cases:
Continental Series — Their flagship line built for serious shooters. Applications include benchrest shooting, PRS competition, field target shooting, long-range hunting, mountain hunting, varmint hunting, 3-gun, and dangerous game hunting. Models include the Continental X10 ED FFP/SFP, Continental X8 ED (hunting and tactical variants), and Continental X6 HD. These scopes use ED (extra-low dispersion) and HD (high-definition) glass.
Tauron & Paragon Premium Tiers — Mid-range options that don't compromise on quality. Tauron covers long-range, PRS, mountain hunting, varmint, and small game. Paragon handles everything from small game to 3-gun, CQB, and shotgun applications. The Tauron 4x HD series and Paragon 5x magnified prisms deliver reliability at practical prices.
Classic & Entry-Level Lines — The Veyron ultra-compact models, Constantine LPVO, Orion HD, Grimlock, and Mustang LPVOs provide affordable precision. Entry-level shooters start with Sentinel, Forester, or Grizzly models.
The Frenzy line dominates Vector's red dot catalog. Models include: - Frenzy FA (1x18x22 enclosed) - Frenzy FLEX (1x24x29 GenII) - Frenzy FM (multi-mission design) - Frenzy F3 (6MOA 3-gun focused) - Frenzy-X variants (TEK, MOJ, and MGT versions) - Frenzy Plus (open and enclosed pistol/rifle versions)
Classic designs like Maverick (GenII, GenIII, GenIV) and entry-level Centurion and Nautilus dots round out the selection. The Scrapper MRT pairs with magnifiers for modular setups. New VAS™ Series offers a truly modular red-dot mounting ecosystem—build any red-dot setup you want with one system and endless combinations.
Rails & Rings include the X-ACCU mounting system, VAS™ modular series, Mighty 34mm/30mm/one-piece mounts, Elite 30mm one-piece, bubble levels, offset ACD mounts, red dot mounts, and pistol adapters. VektDefense AR M-key rails and steel mounts are available.
Nature Observation — Rangefinders (Paragon GenII, Forester GenII, rangefinder binoculars), binoculars (Continental ED Top, Paragon HD Premium, Forester, Sentinel Entry), spotting scopes (Continental ED Pro, Paragon ED Ultra Short, Forester Entry), and monocular options.
Tactical Accessories — Scope covers/coats, side wheels, power throw levers, sunshades, and anti-reflective devices (ARDs). Apparel includes branded t-shirts and patches.
Victoptics — S Line Superior Scope and X Line Specific Scope options for shooters wanting different tuning profiles.
Other Notable Lines: - Owlset — Night vision devices - Gunpany — Snap caps, bench mats, gun cleaning supplies - Rokstad — Monopods, bipods, tripods, binocular rests - Viperay — Laser bore sighters, laser sights, laser & light combos, laser & IR combos - Vaide — Pistol flashlights, tactical flashlights, laser flashlight combos - SilentScope — Reticle technology
"Quality Through Precision — Every Detail, Every Discipline"
Their commitment shows in design specificity. Rather than selling generic scopes, Vector builds dedicated optics for benchrest, PRS, field target, long-range, mountain hunting, small game, varmint, 3-gun, IPSC rifle, dangerous game—each with optimized reticles and turret systems.
ED Glass & HD Glass Technology — Vector explains the difference in their educational content. ED (extra-low dispersion) glass reduces chromatic aberration for superior edge clarity. HD (high-definition) glass provides exceptional contrast and color fidelity. They help shooters understand which technology solves their specific problem.
Educational Content — The company maintains active blog, video, and academy content covering topics like: - How to choose scopes for benchrest shooting - Tube size decisions (1-inch vs. 30mm vs. 34mm) - MPVO rifle scope selection - Scope mounting and ring installation - Battery management for red dot sights - Reticle instruction
Vector Optics backs their products with comprehensive support including warranty information, FAQs, downloadable resources, and video libraries. They maintain a Brand Ambassador Program and Affiliate Program. Customer questions receive responses within 24 hours.
Beyond selling finished products, Vector manufactures for other brands through OEM (original equipment manufacturer), ODM (original design manufacturer), and OBM (original brand manufacturer) partnerships.
A complete optics ecosystem from a manufacturer that specializes. Whether you're zeroing an airgun, running PRS stages, mountain hunting at altitude, shooting benchrest, or running 3-gun courses, Vector Optics has a scope designed specifically for that mission—at multiple price points.
