Full description and what we offer
Finish Logic operates a complete metal coating facility in Concord, New Hampshire, handling everything from powder coating and Cerakote to bare-metal wheel restoration and commercial production finishing. Everything happens in-house using factory-endorsed processes—no outsourcing, no compromises on quality control.
- •Powder Coating forms a hard, durable protective layer through electrostatic application and heat curing. It's tougher than conventional paint and resists corrosion far longer.
- •Cerakote Finishing is their specialty for extreme conditions. This ceramic-based finish handles temperatures from 500°F to 1800°F, making it ideal for exhaust systems, turbos, headers, and other heat-exposed components. Cerakote resists abrasion and chemicals where standard finishes fail.
- •Wheel Restoration brings car wheels back to factory condition or better. They handle removal, stripping to bare metal, powder coating, and reinstall at their BAR-licensed facility—the entire process stays in-house.
- •Outdoor Furniture Restoration covers patio sets from frame up: sandblasting, frame repair, sling replacement, vinyl strapping, custom cushions, and refinishing. Brown Jordan trusts them with their restoration work. Every piece goes through the 5-stage powder coating system.
- •Commercial Production serves manufacturers and fabricators with repeat work. They handle varying runs—brackets, frames, panels, assemblies—with consistent quality and reliable turnarounds.
Every project follows their systematic approach:
1. Chemical stripping to bare metal 2. Outgassing to remove trapped contamination 3. Tape & plug for precision masking 4. Blasting for clean, textured surface 5. Coating application (powder or Cerakote) 6. Controlled-heat curing 7. Assembly and packaging
With over 30 years of combined experience and factory-endorsed processes, everything is refinished in-house using their 5-stage powder coating system for a smooth, durable finish.
They use only premium materials: Sunbrella® and Phifertex® fabrics for furniture, and they apply any Type-C Cerakote products. Every finish meets or exceeds OEM standards.
Glacier Black and Glacier Silver are popular Cerakote shades, but they work with the full color range.
