Vantage Armor launched in January 2025 under the leadership of Raymond Bellia, who founded the original Body Armor Outlet in 2004. After GPC Investments acquired Body Armor Outlet and relocated operations to New Jersey, Bellia acquired the Northeast U.S. government customer list and reestablished the business in Salem with a sharper focus: specialized ballistic solutions for law enforcement and military agencies.

Vantage Armor specializes exclusively in government sales of US-made and BERRY Compliant NIJ-certified ballistic armor. Their product lineup includes:

Bellia pioneered an innovative "buyback" program at Body Armor Outlet that allowed police departments to trade in outdated vests and receive new body armor at a fraction of typical costs. That commitment to affordability and accessibility carries forward at Vantage Armor.
