A&I Metal Finishing operates from Vermilion, Ohio with the equipment and capacity to handle industrial metal finishing projects most regional shops turn down. They run two conveyor lines and one monorail batch system—capable of coating parts up to 26' x 3' x 6' on the conveyor side and pushing 40' x 10' x 10' components through the new monorail batch line. Individual hooks hold up to 550 lbs. on conveyor, 2,000 lbs. on the monorail.
They coat cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled steel, aluminum, and stainless steel in polyester, epoxy, urethane, and hybrid formulations. Pretreatment options include 3-stage or 6-stage processes. For projects requiring old coating removal or rust prep, they offer sandblasting, shot blasting, and surface grinding before application.
Specific coating characteristics available: abrasion resistant, insulating, high-temperature, and corrosion resistant. AAMA 2605 and AAMA 2604 certified. Testing performed to customer specs.

Their proprietary wood grain powder coating uses Decoral Systems sublimation printing—applying heat and pressure to create realistic wood grain patterns on powder-coated surfaces. This works on doors, garage doors, decks, railings, cabinetry, and furniture. Available finishes include Ambassador Oak, Rovere Sierra, Red Woods, Pine, Bamboo, and Architectural options. Eco-friendly, durable against humidity and UV, and reproduces designs consistently for affordable production runs.
Laser Systems: - Trumatic 1000: 4,000-watt fiber laser with automatic loading/unloading - TruLaser 1030: 4,000-watt fiber laser cutting system - TruLaser 2030: 3,000-watt CO2 laser with self-loading automated cutting and punching
Fabrication Machines: - TrueBend 7036 & 5230 (robotic and manual bending) - Doosan DNM 5700 CNC mill
Fabrication tolerances to 0.005 inches. Cutting width up to 60 inches. Lift capacity to 2 tons. Can produce angles, plates, tubes, frames, high-pressure tubing, food service equipment, exhaust stacks, and custom components from 18" up to 10' x 10' x 10'.
Serve northern Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and New York. Standard turnaround: 2-3 days for powder coating, 2-3 weeks for fabrication. JIT (Just-In-Time) warehouse shipping available for recurring orders. Handle small production runs to large volume orders.
