Full description and what we offer
Commercial Powder Coating has been serving the Northwest since the early 2000s from their 25,000 sq ft facility at 20554 Builders Court in Bend, Oregon. Owner Royce McWhorter started in the industry in 2013 and has built the business on one principle: quality finishes at fair prices with 100% customer satisfaction.
They coat just about any metal you bring them:
Powder coating applies a mixture of finely ground pigment and resin particles onto a surface. The charged particles stick to electrically grounded surfaces, then heat in a curing oven fuses them into a uniform, durable finish. This is the fastest-growing finishing technology in North America.
More durable than liquid finishes: Powder coating resists chipping, scratching, fading, and wear better than traditional paint or liquid finishes. Color stays bright and vibrant longer. Texture options range from smooth to wrinkled, matte, or rough finishes designed to hide surface imperfections.
Environmentally cleaner: Unlike liquid finishes with volatile organic compounds (VOCs), powder coating contains no solvents and releases negligible VOCs. Overspray that doesn't adhere gets retrieved and reused, virtually eliminating waste. This also means no costly pollution control equipment required.
Cost-effective: Elimination of VOCs and waste saves money and helps businesses comply with EPA regulations more easily.
Beyond powder coating, Commercial Powder Coating offers:
Over 500 colors in stock with thousands available through their suppliers. Options include:
Every order includes part information, process instructions, and photos. Their quality process includes:
"Great, high-quality service. Don't let the 'Commercial' name scare you off: they're more than happy to work with you on your small job. I had the winch bumper and winch housings for my rig re-coated, and the results exceeded my expectations, at a good price." — Barry O'Mahony, Bend, Oregon
"Good honest people who will treat you with respect and quality work." — Brian, FSM Custom Metal Fabrication, Redmond, Oregon
