Plate Sizing Guide: - Small (8" x 10"): Most women and smaller-framed men - Medium (10" x 12"): Average-sized men and some women—most common - Large (10" x 13"): Above-average height and stature - XL (11" x 14"): Largest individuals

To measure: Take your chest measurement nipple-to-nipple, then measure from sternum notch to belly button. Subtract 2-3 inches for ideal height. A properly fitted plate should not interfere with arm and shoulder movement.
