DFM Arms operates as a contract manufacturer for some of the largest firearms and munitions companies in the United States. The operation focuses on precision injection molding, component design, and OEM production—not retail sales.
The company was built by founders with deep manufacturing roots:
Nathan Dudney leads the operation with 10 years in the firearms industry across product management, manufacturing, and business roles. A University of Mississippi graduate in Psychology and Military Science, he spent six years focused specifically on OEM manufacturing for major manufacturers.
Joel Stanley brings 25 years of manufacturing experience, including positions as Production Manager, Purchasing Manager, and General Manager. He grew up in an injection molding family business in New York and has serviced automotive, industrial, and gun component markets.
Evan Dungan spent 21 years in injection molding and precision manufacturing, with the majority of his career supplying automotive components to tier 1 and tier 2 suppliers. He applies automotive-grade quality standards to all manufacturing operations.
Mark Hillis is a journeyman tool and die maker with 26 years' experience designing and building molds, progressive dies, and Feinblanking dies. He holds multiple design patents on magazine components and brings 30+ years of personal firearms building and ammunition loading experience.
Nick Jackson contributes nearly a decade of injection molding expertise, including mold setting, process technology, and tool and die maintenance.
DFM Arms handles OEM manufacturing and product development for firearms and munitions companies. Their capabilities include:
The team applies automotive-grade manufacturing discipline—strict quality standards and processes developed for tier 1 suppliers—to all firearms and munitions component work.
