Every animal gets processed to your exact specifications—steaks, roasts, stew meat, hamburger, chili meat, or however you want it cut.

Deer Processing: - Whitetail: $160 (includes skinning, cuts, tenderizing, vacuum sealing) - Mule deer/Axis: $225 - Black buck: $125
Large Game: - Elk/Buffalo: $1.30 per pound - Wild hog under 100 lbs: $100 (includes breakfast sausage) - Wild hog over 100 lbs: $180 (includes breakfast sausage)
Sausage Minimums: - Breakfast sausage (5 lb min): $3.50/lb - Summer sausage (2 stick min): $13-15/stick - Snack sticks (3 lb min): $12-15/lb - Link sausage (5 lb min): $3.50-6/lb
Livestock Pricing: - Beef: $75 kill fee + $1.35/lb hanging weight - Pork: $45 kill fee + $1.00/lb hanging weight - Sheep/Goats: $35 kill fee + $125 basic processing
Payment: Cash, check, or card (3.5% surcharge for card payments). Processing fee required at drop-off.
If you're bringing in field-dressed or quartered game, temperature control is critical. Ice down quarters in an ice chest and place bags of ice in the cavity of whole animals. Proper cooling prevents spoilage—the team will dispose of any meat that's gone bad or shows bloodshot damage, so you lose that meat regardless of what you paid.
