Full description and what we offer
Dead Nuts Manufacturing started in 2014 with a straightforward mission: produce high-quality copper jacketed projectiles. The operation is run by Jess Haupt, who brings 40 years of deep draw stamping experience. That background matters—it shows in their process control.
Haupt also leads Globe Products, established in 1981, which manufactures metal ferrules for automotive, plumbing, and HVAC suppliers. Globe is IATF certified. Dead Nuts operates under the same exacting standards.
Dead Nuts started with 9mm (hollow point and full metal jacket) and has expanded to include:
Projectiles come in a range of grain weights to match different shooter needs. The company continues expanding caliber offerings—new sizes are in production development.
"Utilizing best in class processes and years of production experience, Dead Nuts projectiles consistently perform at a high level."
Their manufacturing process applies the same precision tooling and quality measures that built Globe Products' reputation in industrial supply. This translates to consistent accuracy and reliability across their ammunition.
