Dziuk's Meat Market started in 1968 when brothers Edwin and Clarence Dziuk opened their first market in Poth, Texas, featuring their family's famous Polish sausage. When their brother Joe joined in 1970, the operation expanded. By 1975, Edwin's son Marvin opened the Castroville location—the one that's now been serving the Hill Country for nearly 50 years.
