Basic Cuts & Deboning - Skinning, cuts, and vacuum-packed burger or chili meat - Whole carcass up to 50 lbs: $145 (all burger) or $120 (with 40+ lbs specialty cuts) - Whole carcass 51-120 lbs: $165 or $140 - Over 120 lbs: $1.39/lb or $1.19/lb
Specialty Cuts - Stew meat, marinated fajitas, bacon-wrap fillets, jalapeño poppers, stuffed backstrap
Other Specialties - Chopped steaks (seasoned, bacon-wrapped, multiple flavors) - Burger patties, meatballs, jerky, salami - Buck sticks and doe sticks (hunting/travel snacks)
Additional Services - Gutting fee: $50 and up - Cold storage: $35 for 1-3 days - Shoulder mount cape charge: $50 and up - Skin and save hide for tanning: $30 and up
