Messuite Tactical Maneuvers organizes Run & Gun biathlons—shooting sports events that combine fitness and firearms proficiency. These aren't casual outings. They're designed to expose weaknesses in your equipment, your technique, and your stamina.
A Run & Gun is a biathlon event with a predetermined course of 3-8 miles featuring shooting stages every half mile to 1.5 miles. Stages involve handgun only, long gun only, or combinations of both. You carry all your own ammo, water, and gear—no restocking along the way.
Scoring is based on both run time and shooting time. The match director determines weighting (typically 50/50, though shooting can be weighted heavier).
You can run or walk the course. These events can be done solo or as 2-person teams, and participants can bring family and friends as long as they start and finish together.
