OPEN TRAP AND Skeet AND 5 Stand

Open trap, skeet, and 5-stand shooting at Sportsman's Club of Franklin County. This is your chance to work through three different shotgun disciplines in one day, each with its own rhythm and challenge. Trap teaches sustained lead, skeet demands quick transitions, and 5-stand puts you in unpredictable scenarios that mimic actual hunting situations.

You'll walk a course hitting 50-100 targets per round depending on which stations you shoot. The terrain varies, so you're building footwork and gun handling in real conditions, not just standing at a static line. Bring a shotgun and plenty of shells—this is the kind of day that burns through ammunition fast and shows you exactly where your fundamentals need work.
