Powder coating is a modern, eco-friendly metal finishing process. Unlike traditional paint, dry powder particles are electrostatically applied to metal, then cured in a 350-400°F oven for 10-20 minutes, creating a solvent-free, durable protective layer.

Their process follows four steps:

1. Surface Preparation — Strip old paint, sandblast, degrease, and power wash for superior adhesion 2. Electrostatic Application — Charged powder particles uniformly coat even intricate shapes 3. Curing — Heat bonds the powder into a hardened finish 4. Quality Inspection — Every part is checked for uniformity before it leaves
