The Northwest Section is a voluntary association of six USPSA-affiliated practical shooting clubs operating across Northwest Washington. Spanning from Puyallup in the south to Custer in the north, these clubs run a coordinated match calendar that gives shooters multiple opportunities to compete every month.

The Northwest Section runs regular USPSA matches on:
All six venues operate on a coordinated schedule, so there's a match happening regularly across the region.
Beyond the standard series, the Section also hosts special events including Movember matches at Renton and Toys4Tots charity weekends at Paul Bunyan. Multi-gun matches are held throughout the year as well.
The 2025 Northwest Section Championship Series runs five signature matches:
Series matches cost $35 plus a $5 Section fee. Scores are calculated by division and class finishes, with cash payouts awarded by division. The more shooters in your division, the more payout positions available.

Shooters compete across multiple divisions including Carry Optics, Limited Optics, Open, PCC (Pistol Caliber Carbine), Production, Revolver, Single Stack, and Limited 10. Each division has skill classes ranging from D (beginner) to GM (Grand Master).
