Arrow Millwork & Cabinetry began with Phil Rainwater building custom cabinets for Milwaukee-area home builders. Nearly 50 years later, many of those first customers from 1976 are still working with them. In 2010, Chris Caskey and Daryl Wendlick purchased the business and have expanded into commercial work across SE Wisconsin.

Chris Caskey (President) - Civil engineering background with 20+ years in building, construction, and design. Handles all estimating and design oversight.

Daryl Wendlick (Vice President) - Construction and people management background. Heads the commercial division.

Christine Huerta & Cesia Gallegos Cantu (Designers) - Interior design education, proficient in AutoCAD, CabinetWare, Chief Architect, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Jake Dorow (Operations Manager) - 15+ years with Arrow, started as union carpenter. Coordinates production and project details.

Noel Smith (Millwork Manager) - With Arrow since 1999, worked through nearly every production department.
