The business stems from Keith Birnschein's childhood memories watching his grandfather work at a local food market—a dream that evolved into a full custom processing operation.
All products are made using the original recipes from Keith's grandfather, continuing that legacy while the business operates.
Market Schedule: - Saturdays: Sturgeon Bay Farm Market (8am-12pm) - Tuesdays: Jacksonport Farm Market (9am-1pm) - Summers: Various Door County locations
