• •Firearms & Ammo - Guns registered on-site Tues-Thurs (following auction close) 9am-6pm. Handguns $23, long guns $10. Working guns receive a flat 10% commission.
• •Sporting Goods - Fishing, hunting, camping, recreational equipment
• •Collectibles - 1,496+ items including coins, sports cards, vintage goods
• •Estate Sales - 255+ lots of household items, furniture, kitchen goods
• •Tools & Shop - 512+ items for garage and workshop
• •Antiques - 341 items spanning all eras

Full category list includes: jewelry, coins/money, collectible toys, clothing (634 items), books/magazines, art, automotive parts, and more.

Online Bidding: - Whole dollar amounts only ($1 minimum increments) - Proxy bidding system automatically bids on your behalf up to your maximum - Anti-sniping "soft close" feature extends auctions if last-minute bids arrive - Payment due by Thursday following auction close

Payment Methods: - Cash (preferred) - Credit/debit cards (4% processing fee, but 4% discount for cash) - Cashier's checks, money orders - Out-of-state bidders: cash at pickup or credit card only

Fees: - 14% buyer's premium on all sales (4% discount for cash payments) - $4.00 shipping fee ($1.50 Spee-Dee + $2.50 handling) if using automatic shipping - $2.50 charge if you prefer pickup after items are packaged - Reserve fees: $10 for items $100-$1,499 (if item doesn't sell), $20 for $1,500+ - $2.50 no-sale fee per lot (with free allotments for self-listers)

Self-Listers (lower commission for DIY descriptions): - $1-$499: 20% - $500-$999: 15% - $1,000-$1,999: 10% - $2,000-$2,999: 5% - $3,000+: 0% - All working guns: 10% flat rate (always) - $5 advertising fee per item

Non-Self-Listers (items photographed/described by staff): - $1-$499: 50% - $500-$999: 20% - $1,000-$1,999: 15% - $2,000-$2,999: 10% - $3,000+: 5% - $5 advertising fee per item

Self-listers bringing items where staff takes pictures are limited to 33 items per auction.

• •Local pickup required at 506 N Main St, Loyal within 1.5 months of payment
• •Shipping available via Spee-Dee Delivery & USPS (call Monday night of auction close to arrange or cancel)
• •NOT shippable: glass, ceramic, delicate items, old fire extinguishers
• •Out-of-state bidders must arrange their own pickup or shipping
• •Items left beyond 30 days considered abandoned; Gauger Ventures will resell

• •All sales: AS-IS, WHERE-IS. This is critical:
• •Items sold with all faults as-is
• •Online photos provided for reference only—not warranties
• •You inspect before bidding (Mon-Fri 9-6, Sat 10-3, or call for phone inspection)
• •Limited returns: Tuesday-Wednesday immediately after auction close only if misrepresented by seller
• •No claims allowed after item removal from auction site

"It is your responsibility to inspect prior to bidding." - Gauger Ventures explicitly warns buyers to do research, especially on specialty items like gold plating and German silver which may not hold value as expected.

• •Items must be removed from the floor within 30 days or face resale
• •Use green or yellow painters tape with black sharpie (blue tape or pen marks cost $5-$20 to correct)
• •Broken or untested items must be marked "parts" or "untested" on consignment contract
• •After 5 "zero" checks (non-payment), sellers no longer accepted
