3D archery course competition at Oconomowoc Sportsmans Club. You're shooting at foam animal targets set at unknown distances across a course—this format rewards reading distance and terrain the way field archery does, but with the added challenge of variable yardage and realistic animal silhouettes.
Compound, recurve, and longbow shooters compete in their respective divisions. The 3D format tests your ability to judge distance and adjust on the fly, making it different from static range shooting. It's good prep for hunting season or just a day that demands more problem-solving than a standard tournament.
