Alabama State Trapshooting Association

The Alabama State Trapshooting Association (ASTA) is a non-profit dedicated to providing safe, competitive clay target shooting while promoting trapshooting safety and sportsmanship. As an ATA state affiliate, ASTA connects shooters across Alabama to sanctioned competitions and community.

The 2024 championships drew competitors from across the region—winners came from Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Florida, reflecting ASTA's reach as a serious competitive circuit.
