Alaska Trophy Outfitters combines hunting guide services with professional taxidermy under one operation. Owner Frank Sanders (Registered Guide #1236) handles both sides—he guides hunts for brown bear, coastal black bear, moose, and mountain goat, then mounts the trophies himself during the winter season.

Frank was trained by World Champion taxidermist Scott Brewer and specializes in big game mounts, plus birds and fish. Because he's a hunting guide, he knows exactly what Alaska animals should look like—no guessing from photos.

Turnaround time: 12 months or less (faster than most shops because taxidermy is his winter focus).
