Virostko Hunts operates as two interconnected operations: Virostko's Hunt Application Service (VHAS) and North Rim Outfitters (NRO). Both are owned and operated by David Virostko, recognized as one of the country's leading license application authorities and one of Utah's and Arizona's most successful guides.

VHAS handles the bureaucratic side of hunting. Every year, clients draw some of the best tags available—the secret is treating members as individuals, not numbers. Since 1999, they've managed application deadlines, tag fees, hunt codes, and state regulation changes for serious hunters tired of missing draws.
