Prescott Sportsmen's Club,INC

Prescott Sportsmen's Club is an Arizona nonprofit corporation founded in 1954 by a group of former Marines seeking a controlled range environment. The club is NRA affiliated and dedicated to public firearm safety education and recreational shooting. It is also affiliated with the Civilian Marksmanship Program, which lets members purchase firearms, targets and ammunition through CMP.

The club's original range, Granite Basin, operated in the National Forest near Prescott until the Forest Service closed it for lead abatement. The club then partnered with the Town of Chino Valley to build the Chino Valley Shooting Facility, with a twenty position pistol line and a thirty position rifle line, which opened in 2013. A dispute with the town over control of that range followed, and the club is currently unable to offer a private range to its members while continuing membership benefits and CMP access.
