Delta Duck Leases operates pit leases across the Arkansas Delta near Jonesboro, the winter staging area for hundreds of thousands of ducks and geese. All locations sit on historically productive water—Cache River, Bayou Deview River, Claypool Reservoir, and Llanguille River—near towns like Cash, Grubbs, Harrisburg, and Weiner.
When you lease a pit, it's yours alone. Hunt it once a season or ten times—your call. Here's what Delta Duck handles:
You provide your own decoys and pit camouflage. That's it.
ALL LOCATIONS ARE CONSISTENT 300-700 BIRD PITS ANNUALLY
Results depend on hunt frequency, Arkansas weather, your skill level, and decoy count. The blinds are proven killers whether the fields are in rice or beans.
Pit Capacity & Pricing: - All pits hold minimum 5 hunters (some fit 6-7) - Lease prices: $11,000–$16,000 depending on pit size and flooding cost - Pit selection happens March 20th each year
