Hoss Hog Hunting Adventures has been operating since 2006 and now operates across two major properties: their primary Hoss Ranch and the South Fork Ranch—a 37,000-acre working cattle operation west of Willows. Both locations offer wild boar hunting for beginners and seasoned hunters.

Hunts typically run Friday noon through Sunday noon. The formula is straightforward:

• •Saturday: Full day hunting with professional guides; animals field dressed and skinned to your preference
• •Sunday: Morning hunt, tag all animals for transport, depart

Guides handle the heavy lifting—scouting pre-hunt, field work, animal preparation. The ranch emphasizes safe, successful hunts with comfortable accommodations: hot showers, clean bunkhouses, campfire dinners each evening.

It's not unusual to see 50+ pigs a day with 100% kill success rates at South Fork.
