Bitterwater Outfitters operates on private ranches just east of Paso Robles in San Luis Obispo County, serving hunters from across the region and internationally. 98% success rate on wild pig hunts. Most are concluded by day one, not day two. Their guides—led by Clayton Grant—know where the game is and put hunters in the right spot. Multiple customer reviews mention Clayton's professional organization, knowledge of animal locations, and ability to maintain control during hunts.

"From the minute we got there, Clayton was prepared, organized, and ready to go. We all knew what we were supposed to do. We all felt safe and Clayton had complete control over the entire hunt." — Sean Palmer
