Aaron Cayce partnered with Ralph Troy Hicks (RTH Firearms) to engineer the Anvil semi-automatic precision rifle. Hicks wanted a semi-auto that matched bolt-action accuracy for long-range hunting and military/police applications. Result: A rifle hitting .2-.4 MOA with sub-MOA consistency.
