Full description and what we offer
Benedict Upholstery started in 1965 when Marion Benedict opened the shop. Today, Marion's sons James and David run the operation, keeping it a family business through three generations. That continuity matters—they know what they're doing.
They handle three main categories:
Furniture Upholstery - Couches, sectionals, chairs, ottomans, headboards, and commercial/residential pieces. If it's a couch or chair that's worn out, they can restore it.
Auto & Marine - Car interiors (sedans, trucks, SUVs), classic car restoration, convertible tops, boat interiors, and boat tops. Fabric or leather.
Antique Restoration - They specialize in bringing old pieces back. They understand the value of antiques and use quality materials to match original conditions.
They keep multiple foam types and fabric books in stock so you can take samples home and see what works in your space. Free estimates available Monday-Friday by walk-in during business hours, or by appointment Saturdays. You can also email photos and dimensions to [email protected] for a quote—just call first.
