• •For birds kept longer than 12 hours, freeze until delivery
• •Double-bag with air squeezed out; wrap feet and head in wet paper towel for long-term storage
• •Never vacuum seal or store in pantyhose
• •Do not submit breasted-out birds (Julie can breast them in-shop if needed)
