Tate Bradfield started hunting as a kid and has spent most of his adult life guiding and outfitting. Process Based Hunter is built on what actually works in the field—not theory, not shortcuts. He teaches the same process he uses to hunt elk across different states, units, and terrain types.

The Training Structure
Day 1 covers coursework and setup. Days 2-4 involve long-distance glassing, elk calls, and guided hunting lessons. Days 5-6 flip: guides help you plan a hunt, then you execute it with oversight. Strike camp on Day 7.

Included - Wall tent with cot (shared, 4-6 hunters per tent) - Camp cook with all meals - In-field training from professional guides - Tag and license procurement (guaranteed or money back) - Help processing and packing out if you harvest an elk
Not Included - Private tent (bring your own if you want privacy) - Hunting gear, sleeping bags, pads - OTC Utah tag (~$640) and license (~$120) - Travel to the hunting area

September runs high 80s during the day, dropping to 30s-40s at night. October is generally high 70s with freezing nights—snow storms happen, occasional warm days too. Come prepared for extremes.

Process Based Hunter teaches you to hunt independently. The goal isn't to keep you as a client forever—it's to make you confident enough to scout, plan, and execute elk hunts on your own terms. That's the entire point.
