Juniors Smallbore Practice at Meta Con Gun Club is a .22 LR rimfire match that gives young shooters a low-cost way to compete and build fundamentals. Rimfire competitions are where most competitive shooters start because ammunition is cheap and recoil won't punish developing technique.
This is straight practice format—you'll shoot against the target and the clock, working on accuracy and consistency with rimfire rifles or pistols. It's the ideal setup for figuring out if match shooting clicks with you before you commit to centerfire or higher round counts.
