Trap and skeet shooting on the same day lets you work two completely different skill sets back-to-back. Trap teaches you to read a straight outgoing target and time your swing; skeet forces you to handle crossing birds from multiple angles and distances, building the gun-handling footwork that trap alone won't develop.
You'll shoot both disciplines in one session at Rockville Fish & Game Club, moving between the trap field and skeet stations. This combo format is efficient practice—hit your weaknesses on whichever game exposes them most, then flip to the other before you get locked into bad habits. Good way to round out your shotgun fundamentals on a single trip.
