Rockville Fish & Game Club operates as a comprehensive shooting sports facility in Vernon Rockville, Connecticut. The club maintains dedicated ranges for trap and skeet shooting, rifle and pistol, archery, and air guns—giving shooters multiple venues to practice and compete.
- •Trap & Skeet Ranges – Weekend open shooting 9am-2pm (Saturdays and Sundays year-round). Winter weekday hours available Wednesdays 9am-2pm (January 7 through May 20, plus May 25).
- •Rifle & Pistol Ranges – Dedicated facilities for handgun and rifle shooting
- •Archery Range – Full archery facility with regular committee meetings and scheduled events
- •Air Gun Range – Separate air gun shooting area with monthly committee oversight
- •5-Stand Shooting – Five-stand clay shooting setup available
Trap & Skeet work parties happen regularly (9am-12pm) with no RSVP required—open to all members who want to help maintain the facilities.
The club hosts regular competitive events including:
- •ECSC League Matches – Eastern Connecticut Skeet Club competitions at Rockville, including Clay Dawgs, Skeeters, and Rejects home matches
- •Benchrest Matches – Rimfire rifle and air rifle competitions
- •Ladies Pistol Night – Women-focused shooting event
- •Ladies Range Day – Scheduled monthly with committee meetings held at Rockville Baptist Church (825 Hartford Turnpike, Vernon)
- •Youth Programs – Scouts BSA Troop 1017 (Girls), youth fishing derby, and dedicated youth committee oversight

Rockville Fish & Game operates entirely on member participation. Regular committee meetings cover trap & skeet, rifle & pistol, archery, air guns, youth programs, facilities, crystal lake management, and special interests.
- •Wood Carvers – Weekly Thursday meetings (7pm-9pm, gates open 6:30pm). No skills required; instruction available
- •Fly Tyer's Round Table – Monthly fly-tying group for fishing enthusiasts
- •Hartford Surfcaster Club – Saltwater fishing group meeting 2nd Wednesday of each month
