PolarStar Airsoft started in 2009 as a division of PolarStar Engineering & Machine, a precision machine shop founded in 1997. The company brought its automotive racing and manufacturing expertise directly into airsoft—no guessing, no compromise.

PolarStar manufactures HPA (high-pressure air) systems that replace standard AEG (automatic electric gun) technology. Their main products:
