Extreme Rage Paintball Park has survived what most didn't: Southwest Florida's brutal paintball market collapse. Originally opened in 2002 on Durrance Rd, the park relocated to its current location on Veronica S Shoemaker Blvd in 2004. It operated briefly as Oasis Paintball Park (2006-2011) but regained its original name after the current owner purchased it in late 2011.
Crossfire Indoor Paintball (Downtown Fort Myers) closed in 2006. West Coast Alternative Sports (Edison Mall area) closed in 2008. Mike Greenwell's in Cape Coral shut down in 2014. Allstar Paintball locations closed in 2014. Renegade Sports Park in Naples closed in 2007. Stealth Ops Paintball closed in 2009.
Weekend Public Games - Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-5pm - Registration opens at 9am - Morning session: 10am-1pm - Afternoon session: 2pm-5pm - All-day option: 10am-5pm - Refs divide players into fair teams regardless of group size

According to 2003 NEISS data from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, paintball ranks as the safest sport with the fewest injuries requiring hospital treatment. It beats basketball, baseball, soccer, football, hockey, skiing, and every other major sport.
What the park requires: - Approved full-face mask at all times on field - No shooting in safe area - No blind firing - No overshooting eliminated players - Call yourself out when hit - All players complete safety waiver - Minimum recommended age: 8 years old (no hard minimum)
"Paintballs do have the potential to leave a bruise. We are often told that the anticipation of being hit the first time is worse than the hit itself."
Lose-fitting clothing and tennis shoes are recommended. The paintballs don't stain.
Games continue unless lightning is in the immediate area. If it rains within 3 hours of your arrival, you get a free entry pass good for 30 days.
