Full description and what we offer
Fieldstone Preserve operates two beautiful ponds surrounded by hardwoods that provide excellent cover for both ducks and hunters. The setup works equally well for someone shooting waterfowl for the first time and experienced duck hunters looking for consistent action.
$600 per shooter includes: - Six ducks (additional ducks $50 each) - Use of a dry blind—no waders required - Retriever dog (theirs or yours) - Help cleaning your birds for cooking - Hot country breakfast after the hunt - Kids under 12 hunt free with a paying adult
Hunts max out at 4 shooters per blind. Morning check-in starts at 6:30 AM, and you'll typically wrap up around 10:30 AM after breakfast and photos.
Duck season runs October 1st through March 31st. Spots fill up fast—a 50% non-refundable deposit holds your reservation.
You'll need a Federal duck stamp, Georgia Waterfowl Migratory Bird License, and Georgia hunting license before your hunt. Get these directly from the DNR at 1-800-366-2661 or online at georgiawildlife.com/licenses-permits. Fieldstone won't have permits available.
Your crew gets escorted to the blind before sunrise. As light breaks, ducks start flying—call them in as they search for food. When someone reaches their limit, Fieldstone's crew helps retrieve with dogs. Then it's back to the pavilion for a full hot breakfast with your group.
"The only reason you aren't hooked on waterfowl hunting is because you haven't gone." - Fieldstone team
They also provide frozen breasted birds from previous hunts in exchange for your fresh harvest.
Fieldstone Preserve offers sporting clays, quail hunts, pheasant hunts, and hog hunts. They host corporate events and maintain hunting memberships for regular access. Lodging and an event calendar keep the property busy year-round.
