Founder and CEO Mike Kohler spent 40+ years developing land for wildlife, and that's the expertise you get when you buy from them. He raised hunting and fishing—literally spent his childhood trapping in Minnesota, then built a successful career before deciding to help other landowners do what he'd learned to do.

The operation grew from Dry Branch Plantation, a property the Kohler family developed over years into a world-class hunting destination for deer, turkeys, dove, and quail. They realized there was no single place where landowners could get both quality products AND real consulting. Big box stores sold cheap gear and knew nothing about strategy.
