Full description and what we offer
Roger D. Smith manages hunting tracts across seven Southwest Georgia counties—Crisp, Dougherty, Marion, Sumter, Terrell, Turner, and Worth. These properties are leased annually for deer hunting, with lease terms running through the deer season.
Most tracts are available for lease each year, with current renters getting first right of renewal. If lease payments aren't made by February, tracts open to new hunters.
Featured hunting areas: - Worth County Red Oak Plantations (known for trophy whitetails) - Marion County properties (historically high-quality deer producers) - Additional tracts in Terrell, Turner, Dougherty, Crisp, and Sumter Counties
Worth County's Red Oak Plantations are known for producing exceptional whitetails. Historical records show 21 hunters at Fort Perry Plantation (Marion County) killed 15 bucks with premium green scores, demonstrating the quality of deer these properties produce.
Trophy potential: Properties have documented records of 22+ point bucks and consistently produce quality whitetails suitable for serious hunters and trophy hunters.
Get written permission before visiting any property. Current lessees have first option to renew their tracts for the following season.
