Full description and what we offer
Tom's Creek Hunting Club is a family-friendly private hunting club established in April 2008, offering members year-round access to over 2,000 acres of premier hunting property in Perry County, Tennessee (near Lobelville, HWY 13 West).
The club features an impressive mix of hunting infrastructure across diverse terrain:
Tom's Creek transitioned to Quality Deer Management (QDM) in 2017, implementing science-based herd management practices to improve long-term hunting success and property health. Members can view detailed documentation of the club's QDM journey on their dedicated page.
Membership is $1,500 annually plus 4 mandatory workdays on club improvement projects. Members enjoy year-round property access, not limited to hunting season. The club encourages off-season use for recreation and fellowship. A waiting list may apply during peak membership periods; applications are reviewed by date stamp.
Tom's Creek prioritizes providing a safe, family-friendly, successful hunting experience. Since its inception, the club has intentionally built a welcoming community atmosphere with plans for continued infrastructure expansion including additional sleeping quarters, hunting trails, and stands.
